The Bibury Suite, being only four miles from the city centre provides an ideal venue for conferences, seminars, meetings and exhibitions.

Moonraker Room
This room measures 18.9 metres by 11 metres, with a ceiling height of 3.2 metres and is situated on the first floor, served by a passenger lift. The room has theatre-style capacity for 200 delegates, or 100 in boardroom style. The room has natural daylight, with blackout facilities to allow the use of videos and overhead projectors.

Bibury Room
This room measures 19.5m x 15m with a 3m ceiling height and is situated on the first floor level, served by a passenger lift. The room has a capacity for 140 delegates theatre style, or 70 boadroom style. The room has natural daylight and blackout facilities to allow for the use of videos or overhead projectors.

The Bibury Suite, with spacious surroundings and beautiful views overlooking Salisbury's historic Cathedral is an ideal venue for special occasions.

On arrival, the Members Lawn is perfect for a reception drink to allow your guests to mingle and converse.

The Moonraker Room now has its own bar, and can accommodate up to 180 people seated.

The Bibury Room is perfect for celebrations of up to 200 people with a large dance floor and full bar facilities. It also has a new balcony along the entire length of the room, providing a great and atmospheric view of the racecourse.

We offer excellent in-house catering with a wide range of menus available to suit all occasions for both small and large parties.

A PA system with radio microphone is included within the hire of both the Moonraker and Bibury Room. An overhead projector, screen & flip chart are available free of charge if pre-arranged. Extra equipment can also be arranged at an additional charge.
