Conferences (& other business related events)

Salisbury Racecourse can accommodate a whole variety of conferences and business meetings. The above image is the Moonraker Room in the main Bibury Suite used by Wessex Grain Ltd in February 2010. Simon Wilcox, Managing Director of Wessex Grain Limited emailed Salisbury's Corporate & Events Manager, Lin White, after the event saying "I just wanted to thank you and your team for helping us to organise our conference last Thursday. We have had a significant number of phone calls, e-mails and letters thanking us for an excellent day, and we were very pleased as to how it went. The facilities at the Racecourse were ideal and the catering was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and friendly; please pass our thanks onto them".

Dinners

Dinners and private parties have been popular in Salisbury Racecourse's Bibury Suite for many years, and with the smaller Wiltshire Stand facility (pictured above) also now available, there are plenty of options to consider. The choice of menus and style of catering are almost boundless, from the very simple to the extravagant, with most budgets being accommodated.

Christmas Parties & Themed Dinners

For that all important Christmas Party or for something a bit different like a themed dinner, contact Lin White for more details. Video Race Nights (image above) are proving a hit, particularly combining it with a Christmas Party. Hypercom UK & Ireland had a Christmas Party Race Night in January 2010 and their spokesperson, Penny Mansergh emailed to say "A huge thank you for organising such a wonderful evening for us on Friday. Please also pass on my thanks to the teams in the kitchen and behind the bar, as well as the guys doing the race night and disco. Everyone enjoyed the event, as the feedback I have had this morning has all been extremely positive. With renewed thanks and very best wishes."
