Salisbury Racecourse provides a tranquil setting where we can accommodate a whole variety of conferences and business meetings. We have a range of rooms available depending on your capacity needs and the functionality.

We have the facility for several different room layouts and syndicate rooms for conferences who wish to split into workshops.

Dinners

Dinners and private parties have been popular in Salisbury Racecourse's Bibury Suite for many years. The racecourse is the perfect venue for a party – whether it is for a birthday, retirement, christening, or if you feel like something a bit different like a themed dinner, then we can cater to your needs. Whether you require space for a large number of guests or more intimate space for a smaller group and with the smaller Wiltshire stand (pictured above) now available there are plenty of options available for you to consider. We have the facility for several different room layouts and also have rooms that can act as an overspill for large functions.

Christmas Parties

Salisbury Racecourse is the place for that all important Christmas Party to bring everyone together. Whether you require an exclusive night for your company or want to join some others on one of our spectacular Christmas Party Race Nights then this is the place to come.

Our video racing Christmas Parties are proving a massive success, adding that extra entertainment to your evening - you can enjoy a drinks reception with canapés, a carvery dinner, cheese & fruit platters, mini mince pies & chocolate truffles. Then you have the fun filled excitement of the superb video racing followed by a disco until 1am.

CLF Distribution had their Christmas party race night here in December 2011 and they emailed after the event to say “We just wanted to extend our sincere thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable evening on Friday.
