Event Summary:  This race meeting takes a place a week earlier than its traditional May Bank Holiday weekend spot. However, it is still very much a family themed race meeting, with plenty of children’s entertainments.

Feature race(s):  The Betfred “City Bowl” is one of the oldest races staged anywhere in the UK.  It is a £25,000 handicap staged over 1 mile & 6 furlongs.

Facilities for Children:  Accompanied children aged 17 or under get in FREE at all Salisbury race days! For this race meeting we are very pleased to provide facilities for children.  Premier Rides will be providing a Simulator, Cups and Saucers / Chair O Planes, Traditional Mini Carousel, Inflatable Helter-Skelter Slide, Noah’s Ark Assault Course and Bouncy Castle. There will also be performances throughout the afternoon by the fabulous Chris Topper Puppets all the way from Cheshire, as well as the ever-popular face painting by Mimicks!
THESE RIDES/FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, SO THEY CAN BE USED AGAIN AND AGAIN! 

 
These facilities are all located in the Sarum Enclosure (in the centre of the course), however, all racegoers with children i.e those in the Bibury Enclosure and Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure, are welcome to come across and use them.


 
Car Parking:  All car parking at Salisbury Racecourse is FREE and each car park is located just a short distance from the enclosures.
