Tickets
Tickets will be available for purchase for all race meetings from 1st March 2012.
Bibury Enclosure - £20 (£18 in advance)
Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure - £12 (£10.80 in advance)
Course Enclosure - £6 (£5.40 in advance)
Children Aged 16 or under – FREE to all enclosures (must be accompanied by an adult)
A processing fee applies on all transactions, including telephone bookings.
Advanced sales can only be taken up to a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event date; otherwise tickets must be purchased at the turnstile on the day.
Tickets will not be dispatched by post if ordered within 7 days before an event. These tickets will be held for you for collection from the club office upon arrival at the racecourse.
Tickets may be purchased in several ways:
- At the turnstiles on the day of the race meeting.
For this method tickets will be the full price rate and payment is by cash only.
- On-line - sold at 10% off the full price rate.
A maximum of 10 tickets can be booked on-line.
Tickets can be booked on-line up until 2 days before a race meeting.
A booking fee of £2 is charged with on-line ticket bookings.

To receive 10% off tickets by this method, cheques must be received in the racecourse office at least 7 working days before the appropriate race meeting.
Please Note: Cheques should be made out to ‘The Bibury Club Ltd’ and sent with a cover note advising which race meeting and which enclosure, as well as an address for them to be sent to

Office hours are Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm.

What about refunds & cancellations, lost or stolen badges?
Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for tickets already purchased prior to a race meeting. Refunds will only be made in the event that racing is abandoned and the refund policy is:
Abandonment before completion of the first race ..... Full refund
Abandonment before completion of the third race .... 50% refund
Abandonment after the third race .............................. No refund
