Tickets

Tickets are now available for purchase for all race meetings. (Note – Monday 11 October is Free Admission). 

A processing fee applies on all transactions, including telephone bookings. Advanced sales can only be taken up to a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event. Tickets will not be dispatched by post if ordered 7 days before an event. These tickets will be held for you for collection from the club office upon arrival at the racecourse.

If you wish to buy tickets within 48 hours of an event, you must buy them from the course turnstiles on the day.

Costs for the Enclosures

Bibury Enclosure - £18 (£16.20 in advance)
Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure - £11 (£9.90 in advance)
Course Enclosure - £6 (£5.40 in advance)

Tickets may be purchased in several ways:

1. At the turnstiles on the day of the race meeting. For this method tickets will be the full price rate and payment is by cash only.
2. On-line. Tickets for any enclosure can be booked on-line up until 2 days before a race meeting. The race meeting will be removed from the on-line ticket booking page once the deadline has passed. All ticket bookings done on-line are sold at 10% off the full price rate. A booking fee of £2 is charged with on-line ticket bookings. A maximum of 10 tickets can be booked on-line.
3. Over the phone. Call the racecourse office on 01722 326461 to make payments by credit or debit cards. To get 10% off tickets by this method, bookings must be made at least 7 working days before the appropriate race meeting. A maximum of 10 tickets per booking. A booking fee of £2.00 is charged on all card transactions. (For AMEX 3.5% of the total is charged.)
4. Cheques. Particularly suitable for large bookings (over 10 tickets). To get 10% off tickets by this method, cheques must be received in the racecourse office at least 7 working days before the appropriate race meeting. Cheques should be made out to ‘The Bibury Club Ltd’ and sent with a cover note advising which race meeting and which enclosure, as well as an address for them to be sent to.
5. Internet Banking Transfer. Please contact the racecourse office if you wish to pay by this method. To get 10% off tickets by this method, payment must be received at least 7 working days before the appropriate race meeting
6. Cash. Tickets may be purchased at the advanced rate (10% off) with payment by cash in person at the racecourse office. Office hours are Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm. To get the advanced rate payment must be made 7 working days before the appropriate race meeting.

What about refunds & cancellations, lost or stolen badges?

Refunds cannot be given for tickets already purchased prior to a race meeting. Refunds will only be made in the event that racing is abandoned and the refund policy is:

Abandonment before completion of the first race ..... Full refund
Abandonment before completion of the third race .... 50% refund
Abandonment after the third race .............................. No refund

Annual badges

Becoming a 2010 Annual Badgeholder entitles the holder access to the Bibury Enclosure on all 15 racedays at Salisbury this year, as well as the Arabian Raceday on Sunday 5th September. Not only that, there are 31 days arranged at other racecourses, when the badge gains FREE entry. Just take a look at the list below and see some of the courses it includes. It really is excellent value for money at just £155 per badge, and there is no joining fee.
Annual Badgeholders also have a conveniently placed car park.
