The Moonraker Restaurant was refurbished in early 2015 and is now fully air conditioned.  It is located on the first floor, to the rear of the Bibury Stand, and can also be accessed by a lift.  It has a capacity of 130 people, and due to its popularity, advanced booking is recommended.  There is a maximum of 12 people per booking. The table is yours for the duration of the race meeting. The restaurant package includes a served starter, followed by a carvery with fresh vegetables and all the trimmings. An alternative to the carvery is a buffet of seafood, cold meats and salads. The main course is followed by a served dessert from the range of fresh tortes, cheeses or fruits displayed.  A complimentary afternoon tea buffet with sandwiches, scones and cakes is served at the afternoon race meetings only.  Racecards are also provided at your table.

The cost is £60 (including VAT) per person.  

Please note that the Moonraker has a different menu and different pricing on Saturday 23rd May, Sunday 14th June, Friday 21st August, Tuesday 25th August and Friday 11th September. 


The Conservatory is adjacent to the Moonraker Restaurant and offers the same menu, but has views of the parade ring. With a capacity of 36, advanced booking is recommended and there is a maximum of 8 people per booking. The table is yours for the duration of the race meeting and racecards are provided.

The cost is £65 (including VAT) per person. 

Please note that the Conservatory is closed on Saturday 23rd May, Sunday 14th June, Friday 21st August, Tuesday 25th August and Friday 11th September. 


The above Restaurant prices do not include the Bibury Enclosure admission badge. These are required for all guests aged 18 or over, and cost £25 each.

Children are welcome in the Moonraker Restaurant and different rates apply to their meals. There is no discount for children in the Conservatory.

There is a selection of private boxes at Salisbury Racecourse. They all have an excellent view over-looking the racecourse from their spacious outside balcony.

The Bibury Stand boxes (Avon, Cranborne, Pembroke and Marlborough) underwent a stunning £275,000 refurbishment in the spring of 2017; and the two Festival Stand boxes were refurbished in the spring of 2018.

We offer a selection of catering packages charged on a ‘per person’ basis which includes everything within the price, except your drink requirements.

Packages start at £115+VAT per person.

Each room has a minimum number of persons that are required/charged (min starting at 12).
