SPONSORSHIP & MARKETING
Sponsoring a race at a Salisbury race meeting provides the ultimate racing experience, giving you and your guests a rewarding and enjoyable focal point for the day, as well as raising your organisation’s profile.
Race sponsorship, which includes ‘naming your race’ can include your company or a company’s product in the race title. Alternatively if you are sponsoring a race to celebrate a significant birthday, a wedding or anniversary, or in memory of a loved one who perhaps enjoyed horse racing or going to Salisbury races, the race title can include their name(s) and the celebration.
RACE SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS INCLUDE:
Your named race appearing within the official Race Programme, above the runners and riders in that race, alongside a full page advert/profile dedicated to the company or the person that the race is named after.
This will also appear in the racing section of most national daily newspapers and ‘The Racing Post’.
The race will be broadcast into approximately 8,000 betting shops around the UK and shown live on SKY TV’s Racing TV Channel (a subscription channel).
Branding sites around the course, in the enclosures and by the winning post.
Announcements over the public address speaker system detailing the name of the upcoming race.
Visit the parade ring before your race with Gail Brown (the racecourse’s raceday sponsorship representative) and view the runners close up and judge the Best Turned Out horse (This is limited to 10 persons).
Join the Directors for a glass of Champagne in the Directors’ Box to watch the race (limited to 10 persons).
Presentation of a trophy, which the racecourse provides, to the winning horse’s owner, up on the rostrum in the winners’ enclosure.
10″ x 8″ photograph of the horse winning the race and 10″ x 8″ photograph of the presentation.
(Prices depend on the category and value of the race itself, and the profile of the race meeting).
