The first day of our two-day August race meeting, which is right in the middle of the summer holidays, so a great idea for a day out with all the family!
Gates open at 12 noon. There are 6 races. The first race is at 2.30pm and the last race is at 5pm.

WEATHER FORECAST – A dry afternoon with plenty of sunny spells and temperatures up to 23’c.
The Going on the track is currently GOOD TO FIRM (watering) (GoingStick Reading 8.3)
Children: Accompanied children aged under 17 and under get in FREE at all Salisbury race days. On this day there will be a few small children’s rides.
Car Parking: All car parking at Salisbury Racecourse is FREE and each car park is located just a short distance from the enclosures.
Complimentary Bus Service: The courtesy bus is booked to leave Salisbury Railway Station at midday and 1pm and will return after racing at approximately 5.15pm. Please be aware that there are major roadworks in and around the City which may cause a delay to the timings we have booked. Please do not rely on the courtesy bus if you’re needing to return to the station for a specific time as we cannot account for delays on the roads. The bus is operated on a first come first served basis.
