Bookmakers are requested to purchase tickets before gate opening time.
The annual marketing fee is payable on the first race date attended during the current season.
An annual badge for Rails and Tattersalls bookmakers is available for £240.
Should a bookmaker be unable to attend, or decide not to attend, any pre purchased tickets for that day will be transferred to a future date if possible or refunded.
