OWNERS & TRAINERS
Everything Owners and Trainers need to know about having a runner and coming to Salisbury Racecourse.
Badge Allocation
The badge allocation per horse is 8. Any additional badges can be purchased at the Owners & Trainers Entrance for £14 (full price is £25). By prior arrangement with the racecourse, a syndicate head or trainer can arrange for these additional badges to be invoiced after the race meeting.
To request badges please email Alexina Griggs, before 10am on the day of racing, stating:
- The number of badges required
- Name of the horse
- Time of the race
- Name of owner(s)
- Your PASS Number
We would request that those responsible for syndicate and partnerships make advance arrangements for the allocation of badges to members without a Pass Card.

Car parking areas
Car parking is in the Owners & Trainers Car Park just off our main drive. Please ensure your Trainers or ROA car label is clearly visible to assist our car-parking staff. This car park does fill on certain days, when an alternative car park may well need to be used. The Owners and Trainers Entrance is opposite the stables and backs onto the Owners and Trainers Car Park, (please note that Owners and Trainers badges can only be collected from this point).

PASS cards
The PASS system operates at Salisbury. Please remember that your entitlement to Owners Badges must be verified by swiping your PASS card prior to any of your badges being issued.
Owners & Trainers Bar
The Owners & Trainers Bar is located on the ground floor of the Wiltshire Stand opposite the weighing room. The facility includes a balcony overlooking the winning line. Complimentary sandwiches, cake slices, tea, coffee & biscuits are provided. Access to the Bar is limited to those Owners & Trainers with badges only.
Restaurants

Presentations
The winning owner receives a memento decanter, a 10 x 8 inch photograph of their winner and a complimentary USB of the race.
Prize Money
Salisbury Racecourse is run as a Trust, which means all profits are ploughed back into the business.
Helicopter landing facility
By prior arrangement with the Racecourse Office, helicopters can land on the golf course next to the racecourse. A grid reference will be provided.
