The second day of our two-day August race meeting, which is right in the middle of the summer holidays, so a great idea for a day out with all the family!
Gates open at 12 noon. There are 6 races. The first race is at 2.25pm and the last race is at 5.15pm.

WEATHER FORECAST – A dry but cloudy afternoon with temperatures around 20’c. This is a one enclosure day with no specific dress code (you are very welcome to wear smart shorts).
The Going on the track is currently GOOD TO FIRM (watering) (GoingStick Reading 8.3)
Children: Accompanied children aged under 17 and under get in FREE at all Salisbury race days. There will be a couple of small rides for younger children.
Car Parking: All car parking at Salisbury Racecourse is FREE and each car park is located just a short distance from the enclosures.
You can always buy tickets on the gate at Salisbury Racecourse however it is cheaper for this meeting to buy your ticket online.
Complimentary Bus Service: The courtesy bus has been booked to leave Salisbury Railway Station at midday and then again at 1pm, returning after racing at approximately 5.30pm. Please be aware that there are major roadworks in and around the City which may cause a delay to the timings we have booked. Please do not rely on the courtesy bus if you’re needing to return to the station for a specific time as we cannot account for delays on the roads. The bus is operated on a first come first served basis.
